Information you provide
Contact messages, custom-plan requests and payment reports include your name, email and the message or travel details you enter. These may include dates, traveller counts, requirements and a transaction reference. Do not send a UPI PIN, password, OTP, full card number or identity-document copy; our forms do not request them.
We may use your email to answer a question, confirm a service scope or deliver a purchased PDF. Entering an email does not verify ownership of it. Public visitors can send contact and custom-plan requests without signing in.
Storage and purpose
Form submissions are stored in the site’s server database and accessed through a private owner dashboard. We use them to understand requests, reconcile payments, deliver files manually, provide support and correct information. They are not shown in a public directory. Hosting, storage and security providers may process technical data to operate the service.
Submission limits help prevent abuse. Where available, a hash of the IP address is kept with the request record; that record does not store the raw IP. Hosting or security systems may have their own technical logs containing IP and request information. Owner authorisation restricts access to private account information.
Browser storage and cookies
The free planner and some preferences use local storage in your current browser. Clearing browser data can remove them; they do not automatically appear on another device. Avoid private notes on a shared device. Necessary cookies or similar technology may support hosting, security or private owner sign-in.
This version does not include Google AdSense or Google Analytics. Before advertising is activated, this policy will be updated for the actual collection and consent controls will be provided where required. If Google advertising is enabled in future, Google and its partners may use cookies or identifiers. A link to Google’s data-use information appears below.
External services and sharing
Links to Maps, official booking sites, UPI apps and tourism sources take you to other services governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not publish your contact details or sell them for advertising. Necessary information may be provided to a relevant provider or authorised party for service operation, legal obligations or a valid dispute.
Access, correction and deletion
Choose Privacy on the Contact page to request a copy, correction or deletion of your details. Identify the relevant request or email. We will review the request after checking identity; records needed for payments, tax, legal obligations or unresolved disputes may need to be retained. We do not promise an automatic deletion period or immediate deletion.
